Interview
HR interview. It was 25 min phone call previously announced. The next step was 60 min online audit test (10 questions), which should be completed at least 24h before the next interview - The technical Interview. The technical interview takes 1 hour.

1. Why do you want work for EY? 2. Why do you want to work in Luxembourg? 3. Why do you want work in audit? 4. Do you know how to use Excel?
Interview was OK. In the HR interview they asked you some general questions and the interviewer was really friendly, then waited about a week to be invited to a user interview.

fairly similar to all other big 4. Only difference for me was that I was based in Auckland and I was applying for a Sydney based role. So they had me skip the assessment day and just do a case study followed by a 2 panel interview.
