The interview was for EY GDS Young tax professional of the year. It has 3 rounds, aptitude test, video interview, personal interview. Once you clear the aptitude test, you had to appear to the second round. The selected candidates were further shortlisted which went through rigourus round of personal interviews
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
