Decent interview process, was very simple and straightforward. However, the lack of communication throughout the entire process was frustrating at times. My interview was for a consulting internship position within their people advisory services group.

Tell me how you would go about leading a successful project.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
