Interview
You go through a series of interviews. One on campus interview then you are brought into the office where you will go through two additional behavioral interviews. Upon getting the leadership program you will have two additional interviews during the two day process one behavioral and one case study.

One was behavioral so things like, tell me about yourself. One was a case study so they are done on an individual basis.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
