I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at EY (San Antonio, TX) in May 2020
Interview
Total of 3 rounds of behavioral interviews: 1 round of video recordings, and 2 rounds of 30 min virtual interviews.
Interviews are very conversational. They ask you a few questions about you and your experience working with others, and they give you time to ask about them and their careers. Interviewers are genuinely interested in your responses and your questions.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
