I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Kuala Lumpur) in Oct 2019
Interview
After sending the application to the firm, their staff from the HR department will make a call to you to interview you in a few days. This is something similar to a phone screening interview. So, they will start asking you some interview questions. For my experience, it takes around 20 minutes to complete this call. I ended up failing the assessment tests.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
