I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Sep 2019
Interview
I had to upload my CV and a motivation letter. Next, I was invited to complete an assessment and after that I had an interview. The interview was not as difficult as I had expected. I mainly had to answer questions about my motivation.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
