Interview
The interview process was a two day assessment center test.
Prior to the interview EY made a pre-evaluation via an online test in 4 areas.
In the Assessment we had several group tasks and presentation to made.
Dinámica grupal, jugar un juego de bloques por equipos donde cada uno tenía que llegar al otro extremo. Cada grupo en su turno elegía si movel el muñeco o colocar una barrera.

The interview process for an Auditor role at EY usually begins with an online application and resume screening. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete an aptitude test that checks logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and communication skills. After clearing this stage, candidates attend one or two interview rounds, including technical and HR interviews. The technical interview focuses on accounting principles, auditing standards, taxation basics, and problem-solving skills, while the HR round evaluates confidence, teamwork, communication, and career goals
