I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Pekín, Pekín) in May 2016
Interview
Phone call first, after two weeks, I got an email saying I am moved to the next stage. So I had an in-person interview. It was intimidating at first because there were three HR people. But it feels better when they asked me questions I got asked from other interviews. Pretty similar. Overall, it was alright. Recommend to apply. Don't be scared.
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals
