I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY
Interview
there are total 4 rounds including 1 of group discussion and 3 rounds of interview. There is separate interview for HR, TECHNICAL and PARTNER. The experience was quite good but it do require a lot of patience as at the end of the day u would be totally freaked out. Interviewer pay lot of attention towards your conceptual base as per the position in which you are applying.
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
