I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EY (Nueva Delhi) in Aug 2016
Interview
Round 1: Group discussion
Round 2: Technical Interview
Round 3: HR Interview
Fairly interactive interviews. General topics for Group discussion.
The process was exhaustive as all the things were going on parallel to each other. Overall good experience.
The interview process was smooth. They initially asked basic questions and then gradually moved to more complicated, real-world questions. Overall, it was manageable. The HR round was also easy. Before the interviews, you had to complete the EY online assessment, which included grammar-related questions.
Aptitude test , then resume screening , then 3 rounds of interview or it could even be 2 rounds of interview depending on candidate. Also those rounds of interview would include Technical rounds and HR round which they will finally decide as per candidate’s answering skills
It was a structured one and the orientation was a structured one with pre placement talk with an online assessment and 2 rounds of interview one being technical and the other being HR round
