EPAM Systems Sr Software Engineer interview questions

Just had a 1.5-hour nightmare of an interview. The whole thing was filled with theoretical questions that have zero relevance in real-world work. On top of that, I kept getting interrupted mid-answer, never given a chance to properly explain my thoughts. I honestly hated every second of it—easily the worst interview experience of my life. And to top it off, the interviewer told me it was for a Team Lead position, but when I checked later, it was actually for a Senior Developer role. Feels like they don’t even know what they’re doing
