EPAM Systems Solution Architect I interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I told her that I could be interested and she arranged a skype meeting. The interviewer was another recruiter, which is weird but ok. We had an interview around 1 hour on skype and it was neutral. The interviewer clearly told me that they will get back to me in 1 week however neither first contact nor second told me about the status or result of my application. Moreover first recruiter found me on LinkedIn and offered me the interview did not even reply to my message on LinkedIn. The overall experience was very bad and non-professional.
