The interview process was cumbersome and the interviewer was not from the same domain. They took one round of interview with vague questions and then ghosted me. The HR didn't reply to my mail as well
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EPAM Systems in Mar 2023
Interview
Took a long time, they ge back to you after 3- 4 days without any updates, many technical rounds and weren't concrete on what to expect. Also for the last interview, the conditions weren't specified and everything was ambiguous.

Question 1
What technologies have you used with you past projects?
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn to see if I'm interested, then scheduled a short call. They communicated the compensation package and gave a vague description about the role. When I started asking for more details they said they that's all they knew, which didn't seem professional to me. The interview was okay, but I decided not to continue.
