I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Bengaluru) in Jul 2022
Interview
There were two technical rounds and one managerial round. The technical rounds went well. I cleared them. On managerial round she was around 15 min late. But it also went well. After that there was no response from them. No feedbacks, nothing.

Question 1
In technical rounds I was asked some core javascript questions related to promise, scoping, hoisting etc. For React there was some coding questions.
In managerial round only project related stuff like sprint planning, requirement gathering etc.
Smooth and easy, fast process overall. Gentle and professional recruiter. The process took over 3 weeks. All online. Many motivational talk and one tech interview. All was pleasant. Good feelings
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Praga) in Jul 2022
Interview
My interview consisted of two rounds. HR call & a tech interview.
Initial call with HR (told me about the company, benefits, salary expectations, etc.. The usual stuff...)
The tech interview was interesting...
Right off the bat, my interviewer seemed relatively inexperienced. We started with some theoretical questions about JS (the usual - what's an event loop, how does it work, etc.). For some reason, to each one of my answers, the interviewer kept responding with things like "Hmm, okay" and asking me another question. There was no follow-up on my answers whatsoever.
Shortly after he proceeded to ask me about "hoisting". The interviewer had a strong Russian accent and I misunderstood what he was saying so I asked if he could type it out for me. He typed it out as "hosting" (which caught me off guard a little but I played along) and I started talking about cloud hosting - which wasn't the right answer since he was trying to ask me about "hoisting"...
To his credit though, the feedback I got back was rather extensive!
