Interview
I joined the technical interview through the company's online platform and discussed on various topics with the interviewer.
The interviewer was sincere and he was willing to elaborate or rephrase the question in case there was anything unclear for me.
There was 2 coding tasks which are with reasonable complexity for an 1.5-hour interview. I wrote the code the same online platform.
The process was transparent. Before the meeting I spoke to a recruiter from the company. He sent me information about the interview (e.g. format, tools that I will need). After the interview the recruiter team has contacted me to let me know about status updates and further discussed with me about career path in EPAM.
