EPAM Systems Data Engineer interview questions

I passed two technical interviews. The first took place half a year ago. When I asked for feedback some days later they answered that it was successful and they rated me as a lead engineer. But no next interview followed. Some months later I applied for a new position they published. And passed a new technical interview. And again there is no further communication. I am not sure they have real positions they publish. So be ready that they are just wasting your time.
