I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EPAM Systems (Loni, Uttar Pradesh) in Apr 2023
Interview
There was an initial screening post that two rounds of interviews were there. The feedback was given in timely manner and third and final round was scheduled but was rescheduled as there was some technical issue. Post that there was no rescheduling done. Even HR didn't bothered to update of the status. On portal it shows salary discussion pending but HR says that there is no open position now even though I see the job posting for the same position on LinkedIn everyday. This kind of behaviour and lack of professionalism wasn't expected.
