ENGIE Billing Analyst interview questions

First, HR wrote me an email to schedule an appointment, the negative part was that even If I answered within the hour I only got news from them 3weeks later. After the phone interview with the same HR contact that I had, I've been waiting for an answer from them ever since. I wrote twice to have some news but they don't seem in a hurry to answer. Very annoying
