ENGIE Bid Manager interview questions

Contacted through their internal resourcing team. Completed a lengthy application form and subsequently invited for a face to face interview. The supposed hiring manager didn't even shake hands when she came to meet me at their reception. Interview comprised a panel of two and the other lady was not even given the opportunity to contribute. Interview consisted of presenting on a written pre determined topic.
