Dr. Reddy's Technical Trainee interview questions

It was an off-campus process. First step was a test conducted by E-litmus. Second step - test by Dr. Reddys. Third step - Group Discussion. Fourth step - Interview. There were two interviewers. Both from technical background. They were very friendly. They wanted to check whether the aspirant has fundamental knowledge of his/her field and whether he /she can apply that knowledge to practical situations.

initially there was a written test followed by a technical round and it finally ends with an HR round . interview was cool , friendly. They keenly observed the candidates presentation skills ,they even observed how serious i was about the job opening whether I'm willing to work for extra hours in case if its necessary
