Dr Reddy's hiring process is pretty lengthy but one can easily crack if their grip on the technical subject is good.
First round, consist of paper based test which include 50 questions of technical and 50 questions of aptitude, test duration is 1hr. Also note that, they tend to ask few general knowledge question in the aptitude section.
Second round, consists of a case based group discussion which lasts for around 20 minutes.
Third round consists of a panel interview which will last for around 30 minutes or more followed by Hr (which is just for name sake).
