Discover Operations and Strategy Analyst interview questions

Email about 2 weeks after applying from inhouse recruiter and set up a call for later in the week. Call went well, set up an interview for the following Monday with the hiring manager. I thought that went very well. Then it went silent. I followed up same day, Friday and weekly. It took a little over 2 months to finally get an answer that the position is open but I am not getting an offer for it. The candidate home page still shows under consideration or I would have not kept up with the follow ups.
