I applied online. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. Completed a hackerrank test, then had 3 soft interviews afterward with different levels of management. Was given an offer within a month. The actual hackerrank test covered topics a typical sophomore/junior CS student would get (such as a question JavaScript, a question on SQL, some coding puzzles using a language of your choice). Practicing these questions on Hackerrank or a similar website is highly recommended.
