I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Discover (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2018
Interview
3 interviews with varying levels of management from younger to upper management, 1 group interview and case study. Phone interview with HR as well which was brief but gave an idea of the process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Discover in Oct 2022
Interview
After I applied, a recruiter reached out to me via email a few weeks later to schedule a phone screen. I was then moved forward to the next round which consisted of 4 interviews over two days (2 hiring managers, another manager, and a senior team member) Those interviews lasted around 45 mins each. We discussed my background, more about the role and team, and 3 behavioral questions from each interviewer. Overall I had nothing but a positive experience from start to finish and everyone was wonderful throughout the process!
