Interview
it started out with a phone interview the day after i got hired, it was about a 15 minute conversation about the types of hours, the pay and the requirements needed for the job role and then it ended with us scheduling a one on one interview for the following week. the one on one interview was quick and friendly, we did a quick tour of the place and then a few interview activities to identify my personality type, strengths/weakness; after the one on one interview i was informed that i would get a call back on weather or not i would get hired or on if i needed to go to a second interview. the second one was not needed for me and we scheduled a day where i would go in and do a drug test/ backround screening, after all of the above i was given a start date to come to work.
