Interview
After you complete the original application, they send you a second application which is essentially an IQ test/personality assessment (very time-consuming.) If you pass, you have a phone interview in which they will ask for a bunch of details that are already on your resume you gave them (SO unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time.) If you "pass" that round, they'll have you come in for an in-person interview, which takes about an hour (which is entirely unnecessary in my experience and opinion.)
