Interview
This recruiter was super friendly and nice and was responsive as I moved through the stages. After few phone calls/screens/phone interview I came onsite for 3 hr-6 person interview. The first mgr was nice and gave me his card. After interview no follow up or response from recruiter. Then I received automatic email the offer was given to someone else. Not even a call-when I took the day off. Of course I emailed her and the 2 mgrs. I had email addresses for. ( one of them gave me their card at start of interview) no response from them or call back from the recruiter. Poor process. They just care to fill their schedule up and not about the you, to provide you feedback, other roles. You invest all this time and they don't care. Why give you business card if you plan on not ever responding to the candidate follow up?

Interview
first, phone interview. took 30 minutes, and was impromptu, then invited to an onsite review by HR rep. Rep took me on a tour of the facility and kept reassuring me that this a "learnig experience". Weird, but I went with it.
