Sat down with two leads and was asked about my past work experience and education. The interview was around 20 minutes and I was offered a position in a week.

The interview process was I applied online via their career site. About less then a month later I got an email for a phone screen, I was offered an in-person, on-site interview for the following day with the manager and the team lead of the department in Mesa, AZ. After the interview, it took them about 2 weeks for them to contact me to receive an offer. Overall, I was satisfied with the speed of the process of interviewing and hiring. Everyone in the process was very responsive and easy to contact with questions that I had.

I've arrived through a contractor. They interview was in the company dependency. The duration was about 45 minutes with to lead programmers, and afterwards 30 minutes with the project manager.
