I applied online. I interviewed at Dexcom in Dec 2020
Interview
Discrimination is well and alive and happens more than what is even made public by the media. I have never believed it as a person of color that I have been discriminated against. Dexcom made it pretty clear that years of my relevant and strong and award winning experience didn’t matter to them. The hiring manager had favorites right from the start. Dexcom likes to call itself an EEOC. Nope! There is no proof but if anyone wants to join this company, good luck. Doesn’t matter what background you have as long as you have a “guardian angel”. There are preferences that everyone has but after seeing who got hired. I am amazed that this organization wants to grow in a competitive space with no experience. No wonder physicians say Abbot is much better.

Question 1
None———-as they don’t even call you if you aren’t white, specially for a sales position. Job requirements——know the manager don’t have good references from the very customers who will grow your business. What a joke dexcom and so sad. So hugely disapppointed.
