Pretty straightforward interview process. No official guide. Process took several months with different panels. Interviews were all Zoom based for 30 minutes at a time. Mostly around experience, but not necessarily START type. It really depended on the interviewer and what they were interested in. For example, one was a keen Excel user so he asked a lot of questions about Excel. Another asked why business fail.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work in the medical field?
Why do businesses fail/succeed?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dexcom (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview was straight forward, personality based and nothing too technical. However too many red flags to count. For one, the hiring manager made the initial interview feel like an interrogation not an interview. Lots of business buzz words, little substance. Second round of interviews was better but was with nobody in the direct group so not that useful for understanding about the job. People seemed very stressed. Finally, was extended a 72 hour exploding offer. Request for extension was only granted but only for one extra day and the recruiter told me they would just go with the second person. Did not feel valued as an applicant. Counteroffers were not entertained. Finally, when I requested a follow up call with the hiring manager I was frequently cut off mid sentence, sensed an angry tone, and at one point was told "Your job is to make me look good, my job is to make my boss look good." Who says that?
Hard pass.

Interview
Pathetic! After the initial conversation with the HR, I had one 30 min interview scheduled with another Business Analyst. She sounded soo uninterested in the interview. She did not give a single genuine reply to my questions and seemed to have already made the decision to not go forward with me as she was giving me 'advice' that I might be a better fit for another team. If you have already decided to not move forward with me, why even schedule an interview and waste my time as well as your own time!
Anyway, to this date, I have not received a formal rejection from the HR. I emailed him twice-thrice in the weeks following the interview but absolutely no response. And this is after he told me to tell him if I get an offer from somewhere else. In his own words - I will keep you updated and you keep me updated.
Worst interview process ever and useless unhelpful recruiters !!
