First I had a prescreen call with HR for 30 minutes. HR then emailed me the benefits package to make sure it was in line with my needs. Then I had a 30 minute zoom with the hiring manager. 80% of the interview was focused on me with time for a few of my own questions at the end. If i would of progressed it would of been 3-4 zoom team interviews last 30 minutes each. But I decided to decline the next round of interviews and remove myself from the process.

Question 1
What I thought I could really nail in the job description and what would be a strech.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dexcom (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2023
Interview
Telephone screen plus 5 rounds of interview. 2 months on from my first conversation and I'm still waiting to hear the outcome. I had to chase the interview process pretty much all the way. Their communication was poor. Last week I chased the Talent Acquisition team again for an outcome or decision and was told "I'll come back to you" and then nothing. If I didn't get the job - fine - but to ignore a candidate after 5 rounds of interview is just rude. I'm writing this feedback after yet another week of no decision or outcome. Dexcom have had plenty of time to respond to my follow ups. If you apply to work with them, expect a very slow process. You'll likely lose all passion or motivation for the role, by the time they've got their act together and made a decision. If the hiring process is an indication of what its like to work there, I would expect inefficiency and outdated processes. Good luck.

Question 1
Tell me how you deal with conflict? How would a family member describe you? Can you work weekends when the job requires? Will you respond to urgent work requests out of UK hours? (Our HQ is on PDT).
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dexcom (Londres, Inglaterra) in Mar 2023
Interview
it was good and the recruiter was quite friendly and easy to speak to. However, she made it clear that her senior would decide based on my resume and less on the assessment
