Dexcom interview questions

Initial screening call with recruitment team, followed by in person interview with hiring manager and HR partner. Process initially moved quite fast, but was told I'd hear back within the week of face to face interview; over a month later, after considerable chasing, I was finally rejected. Feedback purely on lack of relevant experience, which they presumably knew when they saw my CV initially. I tend to think the way people treat candidates is indicative of how they treat employees ... not great in this case.

This was in 2022. 2 phone interviews, the first was a screening call just to get to know the HR employee. Second call was with the hiring manager which was a mix of behavior and technical questions. Both interviews within a week. Heard back via an automated email 6 weeks later after already finding a job.
