The interview was about the Salesforce Bootcamp. The whole process lasted about 3 hours, which started with a 1.5h coding test. The interview panel was the bootcamp director and an HR manager. The conversation was very friendly discussing about my background and my aspirations, as well as giving me information about the company, the bootcamp and the potential role. In the end, I was informed about the salary (750 € gross) which was very disappointing. After the interview I was given a 2.5-hour online test to complete at home.

The interview process started with an offline quiz which was not very generic but mainly on the cases and admin questions. Also, there were few soql questions and hardly any apex related questions

They asked very easy question on object, soql queries and mainly admin question which almost anyone into this domain would be able to answer

Interview
The interview process is very good. I should tell that the HRs who coordinated with my profile were really professional. The reminder calls and follow ups were something other big MNCs should be learning from Deloitte.
It was a long day interview process. 3 technical round. first two face to face interview were more of basic but yes the questions were based on scenarios.
The third technical round was architect round and was taken in Skype as the interviewer was from Hyderabad. He had great knowledge, but with all due respect. His expectations were too much. He was expecting Salesforce Einstein to work under him I guess. May be Deloitte should tell that guy that they can't afford such talents with their salary bracket.
I am not sure if they use such tough scenarios in their projects or it's just a show off from the panels that Deloitte is tough..
If it's true then I really appreciate Deloitte.
