The video interview is the first step, then I had an interview with 2 managers. The video interview questions are basically going to ask to things about yourself personally. Prepare 5-6 stories about yourself answering the basic behavioural questions at home. Remember these stories, then for each question that comes up decide which story best fits. Always know to look calm, speak slowly and have a logic progression in your story (STAR method). If you get passed video interview, you will be passed hardest part.

Very smooth, after application you get a phone screening from HR followed by two short interviews. HR ask generic questions, the first interview was more of a tour than a real interview, small technical question (enthusiasm is key)
