Very short interview. depends on the vacancy in the firm. Background check was done. A couple of questions on current affairs was asked. Emphasis was placed on ability to stretch long hours

Questions on current affairs, educational background, experiences, clients worked on and the difficulties faced and how did we resolve it
First with the team lead and then with the Partner. The phone screening is with teh HR rep. The whole process takes about 1 month from teh start to the finish

Interview
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.

Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
