First an interview over the phone where they ask for your motivation and experience and second a case study and interview / presentation. The case study consisted of a few chapters where you had to do a basic analysis about how a hotel can increase their engagement scores and you had to present your results

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
