The process went through several steps:
* email contact from Human Resources with details of where and when and required material
* language skills assessment
* group interview
* interview
* interview with an Function Manager
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
