I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Washington, DC)
Interview
I did on campus recruiting. It was two rounds. Started off with a reception the Monday before the interviews on Thursday. This was for all interviewees, including other positions. The first round was two behavioral interviews, really smooth, interviewers made me really comfortable. The turn around time was less than 24 hours. I got a call next morning that I got a second round. The second round was an office visit. There was a dinner the night before at a fancy restaurant with those who had worked there for about a year or two (there were 8 people at the dinner, 3 employees and five candidates including two for an intern position). The point of them was to make us comfortable. The next day there was a breakfast, short presentation by a partner about Deloitte and it's history. Then two behavioral interviews. These were a little more difficult. The interviewers really played devils advocate. Then we had lunch. The time you were not interviewing you were eating and interacting with the employees who have the position you are applying for. The turn around time was quick as well. I interviewed Friday found out I got an offer the Tuesday of the following week. There was also a short online assessment which was about situations and how would you react.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing really unexpected, just be prepared with scenarios as you would be for any behavioral interview.
Very friendly conversation. Good vibe, time to explain my CV and some questions about myself, teamwork, experience, education, etc. The interview was in english and lasted for about thirty minutes.
Hubo tres entrevistas. La primera para conocer la empresa, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con un gerente. En la segunda fueron preguntas de motivación y la última preguntas de motivación + juego mental final.
