Interview
The first interview with the team lead was a positive experience, However, it was followed by an online assessment test that is on a way higher level than what a junior should be familiar with. Aside from the personal assessment, the technical side was completelty irrelevant to the job description.

Moved onto a one-way video interview conducted on Hirevue. If shortlisted, a 1-on-1 in-person interview with an associate director is scheduled for a casual conversation. A technical interview is conducted if you pass the prior steps.
