There are 2-3 interviews that take place depending on whether or not you were recruite through a feeder school. the interviews are very straightforward and highly behavioural. The company is one that prides itself in its people and so they take that into consideration during the interview process
Very friendly conversation. Good vibe, time to explain my CV and some questions about myself, teamwork, experience, education, etc. The interview was in english and lasted for about thirty minutes.
Hubo tres entrevistas. La primera para conocer la empresa, la segunda con recursos humanos y la tercera con un gerente. En la segunda fueron preguntas de motivación y la última preguntas de motivación + juego mental final.
