Aptitude test. Recorded Interview. 30 minute Skype interview. Very slow process and lots of hoops to jump through. Standard aptitude test. Recorded interview was tough, but difficult to prepare for. Skype interview had standard competency questions

What does the typical day of a consultant look like?
Tell us about a time you led a team.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
