Called for the PDP program which consisted of iq test, I got 254 out of 300 .. Then an assessment process from 9-5 which included group activities including scenarios .. It is very important to make sure that when you are asked to play a role to identify the responsibilities and identify your priorities and organize them in terms of importance .. You will then be asked to work as a team which included budget and financial review before preaenting your resulta

Multiple rounds of interviews with a some different employees from different departments of the organization. Call backs in between rounds to further plan and clarify the upcoming stages. Some testing materials given in advance of the interviews and other stuff.
Pleasant, calm, professional and involved questions showing an understanding of financial accounting. Do you know the industry, what you expect from the role, etc. was asked if I wanted coffee? I said no, but continued with interview.

Pretty mid range in terms of difficulty, friendliness and engagement. Some of the questions were hard. Some of the questions were easy. Overall my experience was quite average when comparing to other interviews.
