I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Mumbai) in Feb 2009
Interview
Normal procedure-
1. HR representative will ask basic questions.
2. Technical round interview(telephonic)
3. Managerial round interview.(more related to your projects, high level functional, technical and business skills)
4. Personal interaction with some Director or Sr manager level person.
5. Final Offer and compensation related negotiations.
Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
I interviewed at Deloitte (Manchester, Inglaterra)
Interview
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
