Telephonic, Versant & Vantage test (English efficiency )followed by Face to face Interview with a panel of 4 senior members of the team. some of the other colleagues were asked to solve a case study or submit an opinion piece/thought leadership article on topic of their choice

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
