I started with 1 fit interview, followed by a case then a behavioral interview. The last step was fairly casual and straightforward. Everyone was friendly and professional about time. I heard back in less than 2 weeks about my final offer.

Interview
I got the info from our school's career website, and submitted my resume directly to the team consultant. First round phone interview, questions concerned basic info, school work, previous experience on the resume. Second round on site interview with the consultant, did a mini case, dug deeper into the past internships, and situational questions such as how to get the data, time management situations, etc.

There was an aptitude test for measuring the applicants general knowledge and consulting material. The test included multiple choice questions and there was also some case study questions about different written passage.
