Interview
Two written tests. The first had an essay component, second was similar to GMAT style. First interview with Manager and Director, 2nd with Partner and HR personnel. It was pretty much a conversation around difficult experiences in the past and how it was overcome, previous work experience, why i wanted to leave previous company, etc.

The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
