Interview Experience at Deloitte I was shortlisted from a large pool of B.Tech and M.Sc. students across all branches. Out of many applicants, only 92 of us cleared the online assessment. After that, my interview was scheduled. Before the interviews began, a pre-placement talk (PPT) was conducted where they explained the process. They highlighted that there would be only one interview round and emphasized the importance of communication skills. Based on my seniors’ advice, who are already working at Deloitte, I prepared mainly from my resume, expecting the interview to focus on that. Being an ECE student, I anticipated questions related to my resume and communication skills. However, in my interview, I was asked one puzzle and one coding question. Interestingly, some other candidates were asked only HR or behavioral questions. So, the interview experience really depends on the panel and also a bit on your luck on that day. Overall, my advice would be to prepare your resume thoroughly, practice coding/puzzles, and work on communication skills. All the best!
