Through different interviews, first with future colleagues, later up until a member of the board.
Much focus on cultural fit, as the expected qualifications were clear through my CV and the fact that some of the people I had already met in my carreer.

What will you do in your first 100 days
Two interviews face to face and two HR interviews were held. The two with HR were over the phone. The next three were face-to-face. 1st with another peer senior director, 2nd with director and senior partner.
No clarity in roles and responsibilities
Interview process was not clear
Recruiter was not very polite
Waste of time and effort. They need to improve on process and improving experience
