I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2016
Interview
Applied early with Bright Network, did online tests was then invited to an assessment centre. This involved a fairly standard group exercise, a case study and a competency and commercial awareness based interview. Group interview was about agreeing on one place to host a major event, we were each given a place to push to be the one so you have to be able to admit where your host city is lacking but still sell it to the others. Case study has a lot of information and very little time to read through all of it - have to skim and come up with a strategy above all.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Auckland, ) in Feb 2015
Interview
Enjoying interview experience. Was given a case and have around 45 mins to read it through and answer a few written questions. I then presented my findings to a manager and a consultant (who were my interviewers). Then the questions were broadly behavioural. This all lasted around another 45 mins. Interviewers were lovely and tried to make me feel at ease.
Spoke with recruiter and then had two subsequent interviews. Each interview was about 30-60 minutes. All interviews tested both behavior and skills required for the position. I would come fully prepared in both areas and well as with questions prepared for each interviewer.
